Credit Card in the App
Debiting takes place at the time of booking via the selected payment card. If you have chosen to pay by credit card, payment is made securely via a third party (Bambora). Only trips with a fixed price are offered when paying with a debit card via the app. Sime fees such as waiting fee, tip and extra charge for bicycle will be charged afterwards via a separate transaction.
Cancellations are automatically refunded if the cancellation takes place in the app. The refund is visible on the payment method within a few banking days.
A digital receipt is sent to you and is available in the app after the trip is completed. The receipt is sent to the email address you provided in your profile.
Bookings via TSAB account are charged via invoice after completion of the journey.
Prices and charges
The fixed price presented in the app does not include waiting time or any via addresses.
Customer no show or late cancellation
If you have booked with a debit card, credit card or TSAB account, we will charge a fee of SEK 150 if you do not show up.
Taxi Stockholm can charge for waiting time and this also applies to the total price in the case of a fixed price. See www.taxistockholm.se for current price list. When picked up at the airport, Taxi Stockholm monitors your flight and meets you with a name tag. The fixed price includes a certain waiting time, after which a waiting fee is charged. You will receive information about this when you make the booking.
