This mobile application is run by Taxi Stockholm 15 00 00 AB . We want as many people as possible to be able to use it, and this document describes how Taxi Sthlm app complies with the accessibility regulations, any known accessibility issues, and how you can report problems so that we can fix them.

Reporting accessibility problems with Taxi Sthlm app
We’re always looking to improve the accessibility of Taxi Sthlm app. If you find any problems that aren’t listed on this page or if we’re not meeting the requirements of the accessibility regulations, let us know about the problem.
Enforcement procedure
The Agency for Digital Government, Digg, is responsible for enforcing the web accessibility regulations. If you experience accessibility issues in our mobile application, you can submit a complaint to Digg.
You can also submit a complaint to Digg if you think that our assessment of what constitutes a disproportionate burden should be reviewed, if you think that our accessibility statement is inadequate, or it you think that your request for excluded content in an accessible format has not been handled correctly.
Technical information about Taxi Sthlm app’s accessibility
This mobile application is partially compliant with the Swedish accessibility regulations, due to the non-compliances listed below.
Known accessibility issues
The following applies to version 8.13 of the app and later. If you are using an earlier version, additional issues may be present.
For users with visual impairments or color blindness, or who are blind:
- The screen reader has limited ability to interpret semantic elements such as buttons and headings, and sometimes focuses on decorative elements.
- Some views, such as profile pages, are not yet fully adapted for screen reader use.
- Some icons and yellow-colored text do not meet the required contrast ratios.
- Enlarged text may in some cases overlap or interfere with other elements.
For users with cognitive impairments:
- No known issues.
For users with reduced fine motor skills or physical strength:
- No known issues.
Whole app:
- The app does not support landscape orientation.
- Dark mode is currently not supported.
Action plan
We are continuously working to improve our app, and fixes for known issues are released on an ongoing basis. A major release with improvements is currently in development and is planned for release after the summer 2025.
How this mobile application was tested
We conducted a self-assessment (internal testing) of the Taxi Sthlm app.
The most recent assessment was carried out in May 2025.
